    A: Yes! Many couples start with Essential Coordination and upgrade to Supported Planning as they realise they need more support. 


    We'll credit your initial deposit toward the upgraded package. However, we recommend choosing the right package from the start to ensure you have support when you need it most.


  • What's included in "responsive email support"?

    A: You can email us anytime with questions, and we'll respond within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday-Friday). 


    For urgent questions, you can schedule a phone call or use your included phone consultations. We don't monitor emails on weekends or public holidays to maintain work-life balance and provide our best service during the week.


  • Do you charge travel fees for Central Coast weddings?

    A: No travel fees for weddings anywhere on the Central Coast (Gosford, Terrigal, Avoca, Killcare, Somersby, Yarramalong, Wyong, Toukley, Ourimbah, and surrounding areas). Travel fees may apply for weddings outside the Central Coast region.

  • What happens if we need to postpone our wedding?

    A: We understand that circumstances change. If you need to postpone, we'll work with you to transfer your booking to a new date (subject to availability). Our postponement policy will be outlined in your contract.

  • Do you have insurance?

    A: Yes, The Finery carries professional liability insurance for all wedding coordination and planning services.

  • Can we book you just for rehearsal coordination?

    A: Rehearsal coordination is available as an add-on service ($300) for couples who have booked one of our wedding day packages. We don't offer standalone rehearsal coordination without wedding day coverage.
